During the debt enforcement holidays, no debt enforcement acts are carried out. This means, for example, that no payment order is served and no assets are seized. Attachment and other protective measures are exempt. There are no debt enforcement holidays in bill of exchange enforcement.
The difference from court holidays is important: running time limits are not suspended during the debt enforcement holidays. If a time limit ends during the debt enforcement holidays, it is extended until the third day after they end.
