01 · §1

Operator and Scope of Application

These Terms of Use apply to the website, MP Concierge, contact and appointment forms, downloads, templates, interactive tools, newsletters, legal updates and other publicly accessible digital offerings of:

MÜLLER PAPARIS AG
Bahnhofstrasse 44, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland
Phone: +41 43 244 70 20
Email: office@muellerpaparis.ch

These Terms of Use do not regulate the attorney-client relationship. For an accepted mandate, the individual mandate agreement, separate mandate conditions and the applicable professional law apply.

02 · §2

General Information, No Legal Advice

The content of this website is compiled with care. However, it serves exclusively for general information and orientation and cannot replace legal, tax or other professional advice related to the specific facts.

Legal information may depend on the facts, time, canton, legal system, procedural status and subsequent legal changes. Contributions, news, answers, downloads and tool results should therefore not be applied to a specific case without individual examination.

03 · §3

No Mandate Relationship Through Website Use or Inquiry

Visiting the website, using the MP Concierge, downloading documents, subscribing to newsletters, submitting a form, booking an appointment or sending an email does not establish a mandate relationship.

A mandate is only established when MÜLLER PAPARIS AG expressly confirms its acceptance and the necessary conflict, identity and, if applicable, further checks have been completed. Until this express confirmation, there is no obligation to monitor deadlines, act, represent or safeguard your interests.

An automated receipt, booking or dispatch confirmation does not constitute acceptance of a mandate.

04 · §4

Deadlines, Urgent Matters and Delivery

Do not use the website, MP Concierge, contact form or ordinary email as the sole means of transmission for urgent matters, ongoing deadlines, court submissions or situations requiring immediate action.

A deadline will only be monitored if we have expressly confirmed it. For time-critical concerns, please additionally contact us by phone at +41 43 244 70 20 and have the receipt and acceptance expressly confirmed.

05 · §5

MP Concierge and AI-generated Content

MP Concierge is a digital assistant for the initial structuring and preparation of a request.

MP Concierge:

  • is not a lawyer;
  • does not provide binding legal advice;
  • does not make a definitive legal assessment;
  • does not monitor deadlines;
  • does not conduct a binding conflict check;
  • guarantees neither completeness nor accuracy; and
  • does not replace human review.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, misleading, outdated, or factually incorrect. Do not rely on an unverified assistant's response for legally or economically significant decisions.

It is prohibited to use the assistant to circumvent security measures, to extract internal prompts or systems, to process illegal content, or to attack third parties.

06 · §6

Forms, Appointments and Communication

When using forms and booking functions, complete and accurate information must be provided. Appointments are subject to confirmation, postponement, or cancellation.

Electronic communication may be subject to technical malfunctions, delays, and security risks. For particularly confidential documents, a secure transmission method designated by us must be used.

07 · §7

Uploaded Content and Documents

You may only submit content and documents that are required for the request and that you are authorized to use and share.

By submitting, you confirm, in particular, that:

  • the information is true to the best of your knowledge;
  • no third-party rights are violated;
  • the transmission is not unlawful;
  • no malicious software or manipulative files are included; and
  • personal data of third parties is transmitted only to the extent required.
08 · §8

Downloads, Templates, Checklists and Interactive Tools

Downloads, samples, contract templates, checklists, calculators, assessments, and other tools are general working aids. They are not tailored to a specific set of facts and may be incomplete or unsuitable for a specific purpose.

Use is at your own risk. Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the download for your own private or internal business purposes.

09 · §9

News, Newsletters, and Events

News, legal updates, and newsletters serve for general information and do not claim to be exhaustive. They do not establish any duty to advise or update. Newsletters can be unsubscribed at any time using the unsubscribe link they contain.

10 · §10

Intellectual Property

All content and design elements of this website, in particular texts, analyses, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, databases, software, prompts, dialogue structures, downloads, and templates, are legally protected or are used with appropriate authorization.

Without prior written consent, content may not be copied, published, commercially exploited, automatically read out, or incorporated into third-party databases or AI training datasets, especially outside of legally permissible use.

11 · §11

Permitted Use and System Protection

You may only use our digital offerings lawfully and for their intended purpose. In particular, the following are prohibited:

  • attacks, stress tests, or circumvention of technical protective measures;
  • automated scraping, crawling, or mass queries;
  • prompt injection or manipulation attempts;
  • uploading harmful, unlawful, or misleading content;
  • identity theft;
  • abusive appointment bookings, spam, or harassment.
12 · §12

External Links and Third-Party Services

Our website may refer to external content or services. The respective providers are generally responsible for their content, availability, security, and data processing. When leaving our website, the terms and privacy notices of the respective third-party provider apply.

13 · §13

Availability and Changes

We strive for reliable provision, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, update, restrict, or discontinue content, functions, downloads, and digital services at any time.

14 · §14

Liability

MÜLLER PAPARIS AG is liable to the extent mandatorily required by law. To the extent legally permissible, liability for damages arising from the mere use or unavailability of general website content, unverified AI outputs, downloads, templates, tools, or external links is excluded.

This exclusion of liability does not apply in cases of intentional or gross negligent damage, and not insofar as an exclusion is inadmissible under mandatory law.

15 · §15

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data. The attorney-client privilege and other statutory confidentiality obligations remain reserved.

16 · §16

Changes to the Terms of Use

We may amend these Terms of Use if our services, technical systems or legal framework conditions change. The version published on the website at the time of the respective use shall apply.

17 · §17

Partial Invalidity

Should any provision of these Terms of Use be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

18 · §18

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction.
