Almost every company now uses artificial intelligence, often faster than internal rules and contracts can follow. This is exactly where our new AI check comes in: a free self-assessment that shows in minutes where a company stands legally and what to do next.
The check walks through the questions we also ask first in a mandate: Which AI tools are in use, and who approved them? Which categories of data flow into them? Are there contracts with the providers, and do they cover training, confidentiality and data protection? Are there internal policies and responsibilities?
The result is a position fix across four dimensions: governance, data, contracts and tooling. It comes with an overall assessment, prioritised recommendations and the relevant legal foundations, from the FADP to the EU AI Act, whose central obligations apply since 2 August 2026. If you wish, you can download the result as a designed PDF or request a call back.
The AI check does not replace legal advice, and it does not want to. It makes the first step easy: an honest, structured overview on which you can decide where deeper work pays off. From there our lawyers take over, from the AI policy to provider contracts to the conformity of individual systems.
